  • Fiberglass/carbon repair, hull patching, rigger and seat track adjustments, shell/oar painting, oar handle replacements, shaft repairs, blade edge sanding/taping, Peach system installation,

  • Maintenance and repair of launches, engines, ergs, and other equipment as needed

Boathouse & Facility Operations

  • General boathouse management and organization

  • Seasonal dock and race course/buoy installation, maintenance, and removal

  • Minor facility and infrastructure repairs
