Reminders:
Nich and the DEI committee are looking for examples of instances where your athletes have tried to do DEI based work in your community but were told “no” by compliance. They’re specifically hoping to learn what they were trying to do and what the reason was that they were given by compliance. If you have information to share, please reach out to Nich.
Pending approval at the next board meeting, we will be creating a Division 3 committee headed up by Marc Mandel. If you’re interested in joining, please send Marc an email.
On Friday, Dec. 11th there will be a call at 1pm to discuss the process and proposal of men’s rowing joining the NCAA. If you have any questions about either of those things, you can submit them here.
