May 17th membership meeting

The salary survey has been sent to the primary contact for each program. Deadline for completion is Tuesday, May 31st. If there are any questions/issues, reach out to Kayleigh.
The legislative committee is looking to add 1-2 new members. Being on the LC entails following updates to NCAA legislation that affects men’s rowing, forwarding/discussing relevant legislation given to you by your department, helping coaches find answers to questions and directing them to our IRCA compliance advisors when needed, and being a point of contact for IRCA committees on any legislative/compliance matters. With all the things happening right now with NIL, gender policy updates, etc., this is a great time to be part of the committee. It’s also a great role for assistant coaches so if you’re interested, please reach out to AC Chacon.
