If you need mentorship hours for your USRowing L2 or L3 certification, the speaker series at the end of our calls will count towards those required hours. These parts of the call generally range from 20-45 minutes in length. If you have any questions, reach out to Kayleigh.
Reminders:
The following surveys will be open through Wednesday, December 1st. All three together should take you around 5 minutes total to complete and all coaches are encouraged to complete each one.

The membership committee is working on developing a salary survey for men’s rowing and is soliciting suggestions/feedback on what to include. You can help by clicking below to fill out their 3-question survey.

The DEI committee wants to learn what measures are being implemented to advance DEI across men’s collegiate rowing. Survey results will be used to determine the direction of future work and programming for IRCA member programs.
